Yin Yoga & Sound Healing for Your Workplace

Support your team’s wellbeing with gentle, nourishing practices that calm the nervous system and release tension from the body.

I offer Yin Yoga and Sound Healing sessions for corporate groups, designed to help your staff slow down, breathe deeply and reset – even in the middle of a busy workday.

These sessions are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, and can be tailored to your team’s specific needs (stress relief, focus, relaxation, team connection).

 On-site sessions at your workplace 

 

I come to your office or chosen location, making it easy for your team to participate without extra travel time.

A typical session includes:

 

  • Gentle Yin Yoga postures held for a few minutes, supported by props to safely open the body and release stored tension
     
  • Guided breathing and deep relaxation to soothe the mind, regulate the nervous system and gently slow down brainwave activity
     
  • Live sound healing with instruments such as singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic sounds to invite deep rest, harmony and restoration throughout the body and mind
     

Sessions can be offered:

  • As a one-off wellbeing event
     
  • As part of a wellness week or mental health initiative
     
  • As a regular weekly or monthly program

 To make it simple and stress-free, I can bring:

  • Sound healing instruments (e.g. singing bowls, chimes, drums, gong – depending on the space)
     
  • Yoga props such as mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets (depending on group size)
     

All we need is:

  • A quiet space (boardroom, open area, studio, or large meeting room)
     
  • Enough room for participants to lie down comfortably
