Our Yin yoga class invites you to let go of held stress and tension in both your physical body and the mind. If you spend most of your day in a more yang or active state, Yin practice can help to ground your energy and promote more rejuvenating rest.
Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body – the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. This class usually consists of a series of passive floor poses held for up to 5 minutes or more and its soothing “Yin” effect encourages surrender of mental noise and nourishes energy meridians and chakras.
To join the class you'll only need to bring your yoga mat along. We provide all the other props, such as bolsters, yoga blankets, yoga blocks and straps.
Our Hatha Flow Yoga class is taught in a way that is accessible to all experience levels. We welcome all practitioners to enjoy an invigorating movement class starting with a warm up, standing sequence, floor sequence and guided relaxation at the end. Modifications are always offered and encouraged, and advanced options may be suggested for our experienced practitioners.
Just bring your yoga mat, bottle of water and enjoy the benefits of the class!
Our Not-so-HOT Yoga is a style of Hatha Yoga that is practiced in a heated room to a temperature between 28-32°C with 1h duration. Like the name suggests it is not as hot nor as straining as Original Hot Yoga, thus making it more accessible to everyone.
The key benefit of our Not-so-HOT Yoga Classes is that it quickly warms up muscles, ligaments, and joints, which promote greater flexibility and range of motion. The heat also helps to reduce the risk of injury.
Heated yoga can improve respiratory function and boost the immune system. The deep breathing exercises practiced during the class can help to clear the lungs and increase oxygen flow, while the heat can help to stimulate the lymphatic system, which helps to remove toxins from the body. It also encourages weight loss by increasing metabolism and promoting detoxification through sweating.
To join us just bring your yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water!
